Unicorn Castle

This checkout system is for confirming your reservation. WE DO NOT TAKE DEPOSITS because if the weather is poor your event can simply be cancelled the evening/day prior if you choose, we will still set up in the rain if you want to use it in the rain. The only time it is unsafe to use the castle is during thunder/lighting events, heave downpours, and high winds. If you need to cancel please call us asap so we can rent it to someone else. I call/txt every customer the day/evening prior to your event to confirm your order, give you an estimated delivery/pick up time as your unit could arrive much earlier and be picked up much later than the time you selected, but never interrupt the time you selected. Our goal is to give you as much time as possible depending on the delivery truck route that day.  You will get a confirmation email right away after making your reservation online, check your junk email. If you do not recieve an email confirmation right away please call us. We take full payment when you items are being delivered. Delivery personnel take cash (preferred) or credit/debit cards with our mobile interact  terminal. You may also pay by e-mail money transfer the night before to beambouncycastles@gmail.com

Where we deliver= Ancaster, Binbrook, Caledonia, Dundas, HAMILTON (please see below), Hannon, Mount Hope, Oshweken, Six Nations, Stoney Creek, York

WE DO NOT DELIVERY TO Waterdown, Flamborough, Carlisle and further away from the city of Hamilton is not our service area. We CAN NOT set up this bouncy castle in parks, conservation areas, community centres, churches or any other public event. Any orders placed in that area will be cancelled. PLEASE do not place an order if you are uncertain, call us before you make a reservation!
